The 40th Annual General Meeting of H.R. Textile Mills Limited held on 19th March 2025 on Hybrid System and significant number of shareholders of the company were  also participated in the 40th AGM.

The meeting approved Zero (0) % Dividend for all shareholders for the year ended 30th June 2024.

The meeting was presided over by Professor Dr. Muhammad Abdul Moyeen, Chairman of the board of directors of the company, while Mr. Mohammad Abdul Moyeed, Managing Director; Professor Mohammad Abdul Momen, Director; Independent Directors Mr. Mohammad Kabiruzzaman and Mr. Md. Shafiqul Islam Talukder; Chief Financial Officer Mr. Md. Abu Amar Naheel and Company Secretary Mr. Md. Wali Ullah were present.
